Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Delivery time Standard US shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on US orders over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email aloftcabin@protonmail.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but email us right away and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or stuck packages If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or tracking stalls, contact aloftcabin@protonmail.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
